Small Group Training
Our small group training has a fun community vibe but we still get the work done. Sessions are 45mins and include Mobility, Warm up, Strength, Conditioning Circuit and Core.
Classes are limited to 8 people, keeps the technique and safety are a high standard.
Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Personal Training
One on one PT is all about you, customised programming for what you need and what you like .
6 Week Challenge
Quarterly we run a 6 week challenge, available for all small group training clients.
Results have been amazing.


Cardio Boxing
On Wednesday's we Box !
Usual mobility and warm ups, Then cardio circuit or skills follow by boxing drills , rounds and core.
Suitable for all levels.
