HOW DOES THE PROGRAMMING WORK?

Small Group Training

 We follow a progressive overload technique with our strength training. 2 weeks of 10 reps, 2 week of 6 reps and 2 weeks of 3 reps in our 6 week training cycle. As the reps come down the weights go up.
-Our conditioning is constantly varied to keep your body guessing !

 

1 on 1 PT 

Trainer and client come up with a style that gets the results but also is flows with the clients wants . All session still involve strength and functional training.

HOW DOES  STARTING UP WORK?

Small Group Training

Starts with a call, if we're a good fit we arrange a free trial session.

If you enjoy the free trial I'll send you the link for our booking app and you can choose a membership that suits you. Book in and start training.

1 on 1 PT

Starts with a call, if we're a good fit we arrange a trial session.

From there trainer and client will discuss suitable training times and payment options. Book in and lets do this ! 

HOW DO I PAY?

Small Group Training

We use a booking app, the membership you choose will be direct debited weekly through the app.

 

1 on 1 Personal training.

Sessions are booked and confirmed with trainer personally. Payments are made via bank transfer.
